Money saving tips

Did you know that planning what you and your family will have to eat each week can save you money and will help you not to waste food? Taking 5 minutes to work out a weekly meal plan and taking a list with you when you go shopping will help you to save money.

  • Declutter!
Do you have unwanted goods in your house or garage that you could sell? Sites such as eBay make selling online pretty easy and it’s an easy way to earn some extra money.
  • Keep a budget.
Keeping a budget is important, as it allows you to keep track of the money you have coming in each week or month, and seeing where this money gets spent. You don’t need to be a maths whizz to be able to budget, but setting aside a little time each month to keep on top of your finances is the best way to keep in control of your money.
